Vegetable Cutlet


Ingredients
Grated carrots 1/4 cup
Grated beetroot 1/4 cup
Grated cauliflower 1/4 cup
Chopped Spinach 1/2 cup
Boiled mashed potato 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves 1 table spoon
Green chillies chopped 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala 1/2 teaspoon
Salt as required
Oil 1 table spoon

Preparation
Add little oil to the pan, add green chillies, all the grated vegetables, spinach, salt. Stir fry the vegetables till all the water evaporates. Mix it with the other ingredients except oil. Divide it to 8 balls, flatten them shallow fry on tava, with little oil. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
